Junior Course Advisor

We’re looking for a Junior Course Advisor who can guide prospective students on their academic journey while keeping conversations engaging, friendly, and human.

This is not your typical corporate role—we value personality, positivity, and a good sense of humour just as much as technical know-how.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students on course options (CIMA, ACCA, CIPS)
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Support students with course selection and registration processes
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Microsoft tools
• Build strong relationships with students through clear and effective communication

What We’re Looking For

· Basic familiarity with CIMA, ACCA, and/or CIPS programmes

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· A positive attitude and the ability to connect with people easily

· A great sense of humour – because life (and studying) is stressful enough!

· Preferably based in or near Randburg
