Course 1-
**CUPPING THERAPY- Level 1 (Myofascial decompression).
*Duration- two practical days, 8.30am-12.30pm.
and a 7 days assignment (per course/each Level).
This incredible modern technique is an adaptation of ancient Traditional
Chinese Medicine. Special plastic cups placed over the body’s surface
to create suction (negative pressure) aided by vacuum pump. Cups are
then moved using special techniques to manipulate muscles and soft
tissues, joint mobilization, relaxation, and other clinical
applications. Cupping is an effective modality that can enhance your
therapeutic outcomes.
Recommended prior training in: Swedish massage techniques.
Course outline: - Principles of soft tissue decompression. - Lymphatic
drainage and techniques for common muscular conditions. Cost- R2200 Include notes and a certificate. (*written

emphasis on athletic performance, and prevention of sports injuries.

Course 2-
Wet Cupping & Hijama techniques
-Wet Cupping is an ancient
holistic therapy to detox the blood, and remove its impurities for
therapeutic purposes.
Wet cupping is also mentioned in the Islamic
Hadith, and is a very sacred medicinal and religious practice for Sunnah
among millions world wide.
Cost is R2200 Include notes and a *certificate (*written
assignment required).
Courses outline and subjects include: , pain relieve, liposuction,
improve circulation, athletic massage, stress relieve, full body
massage, Pregnancy massage, rehabilitation, orthopedic massage, sports
injuries ,stretching, exercise, detox, cellulite, slimming, skin
aesthetic.
