Job Title: Call Centre Agent

Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

Make outbound calls to clients/customers when required

Provide accurate information about products and services

Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Capture and update customer information on the system

Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics

Follow company procedures and communication guidelines

Requirements:

Previous call centre or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Good problem-solving abilities

Basic computer skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Salary: R4500 + commission and bonses.
