Description:

Coricraft Afrique 3 seater in Zambezi brown, scotch guarded, 100% full grain genuine leather, very comfortable, super sturdy. Purchased in 2012 (original receipt available).

Condition:

The couch doesn't have any structural damage, no thinning leather, no cracks. All seams are perfectly intact and all studs are still securely attached. There is some discoloration from sun exposure (mostly on the arms). There is a patch on one arm that has a water mark as well as one or two minor water drip marks (shown in pictures). It has been kept in storage and is a bit dusty, it also hasn't had "leather food" for a while. It's never been used by/around smokers.
