in great condition other than some peeling on the one seat which can be covered/ repaired/ upholstered. Not used very much and only about a year old. Need to free up some space so selling for a fraction of what I paid for a quick sale. Other than slight peeling which can be seen in photos couch is in great condition and very comfy
