Description

1. Responsible for providing support to the procurement function throughout the tendering process including; preparing of materials for all tenders,

2. The Bids Administrator will ensure contract compliance for procurement and supplier contracts. Responsibilities include: Monitors the tender submission process for formatting completeness consistency, and compliance. Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process.

3. Notwithstanding the duties outlined above, it is recorded that the Employee may be called upon to perform other duties that may be reasonably expected of the Employer from time to time.
