Job: Estimator/QS

Responsibilities:

· Prepare quotes for clients - 80% of quotes are high volume, low turnover (

· Marking up drawings

· Presenting larger quotes to clients

· Conducting quantity take-offs

· Collaborate with external professionals (project managers, engineers and architects)

· Conduct research on market trends and pricing to ensure competitive pricing for quotes.

Requirements:

· Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

· Maintain a high level of accuracy

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
