AI Solution-focused IT Technician Looking  For Employment  (A+ N+  equivalent certified)

Seeking an IT Technician Job in Pinetown and the surrounding areas.

In addition to my A+ N+ equivalent technical qualification, I am also studying towards a Postgrad in IT Management part-time through Mancosa, and I plan to complete this course by June 2026. I also plan to pursue a Master's degree in IT, starting either August 2026 or January 2027, at one of the public universities.

My areas of interest include computer hardware, networking and cybersecurity.

I have a good understanding of a wide range of computer systems and operating systems. I am also a swift learner, multilingual (English, Xhosa, and Zulu), with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex IT terms to those with limited understanding.

I leverage artificial intelligence as a force multiplier in every aspect of my daily work. By integrating tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Chat GPT, Grok, and Google Gemini with existing platforms, I can instantly analyse error messages and logs, rapidly identify root causes in complex network and system issues, and produce precise documentation in minutes rather than hours. This AI-based approach allows me to resolve incidents significantly faster, reduce human error, prioritise critical vulnerabilities with greater accuracy, and deliver higher first-contact resolution rates while continually expanding my technical expertise at an accelerated pace. Far from replacing the technician’s role, AI has transformed me into a more proactive, efficient, and indispensable member of the IT team.

I analyse information objectively, evaluating evidence or reasons, and make informed decisions. I have a strong desire to learn about and explore new ideas and concepts, which helps me stay up-to-date with the current technology trends. I use a methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. I can break down complex problems, analyse variables, use pattern identification, and extract vital information to find solutions.
