We require a technician with experience in network infrastructure.

Must be able to:

- terminate network points to a patch panel, termination box and rj45 proficiently

- must be able to use power tools

- communicate well.

-Drive long distances with a valid license

Experience in the following will be advantageous:

-electrical installation such as plugs ,dbs,ups's

-cctv installations both ip and analog

- access control installations

-ip addressing and network device configurations.

This is an entry level postion and salary will be based on experience and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation & AI

•⁠ ⁠Design, build, maintain automation workflows using tools such as n8n (or similar platforms).

•⁠ ⁠Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI assistants).

•⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration across business and operational functions.

Reporting & Analysis

•⁠ ⁠Develop/maintain reporting dashboards to track performance, KPIs, and business metrics.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct data analysis to support decision-making across the business

•⁠ ⁠Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting and automated systems

Supply Chain & Finance

•⁠ ⁠Support inventory and demand planning.

•⁠ ⁠Assist with financial reporting, cost analysis, forecasting.

•⁠ ⁠Work with teams to identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements.

Marketing & Business Development

•⁠ ⁠Contribute to marketing initiatives, including campaign analysis and performance tracking.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain social media channel automations

•⁠ ⁠Assist in creating client proposals, presentations, and other professional documents.

Technology & Support

•⁠ ⁠Provide basic IT support where necessary

•⁠ ⁠Manage cloud-based workflows and services using Amazon Web Services (AWS).

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated on emerging technologies in automation, cloud computing, AI, and digital business trends.

Requirements:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Finance, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Technical & Business Skills

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (n8n preferred, Zapier, Power Automate, Make.io a plus).

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of supply chain processes, financial principles, or marketing strategies.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar).

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Jasper, or automation assistants).

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to design professional proposals, documents, and presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar).

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of social media platforms and automation tools.

•⁠ ⁠Exposure to cloud services such as AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch).
