IT Call Planner
A Call Planner builds effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and operate well within a team environment. The individual displays strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery in meeting SLA’s.
Log all customers reported faults on the system.
Manage and track the reported fault.
Dispatch the Technicians to attend to the reported fault
Update both internal and external customers wrt fault logged and update system
Ensure you receive all Job Cards back from technicians
Process all Job Cards on the system
Ensure all documentation is filled accordingly and where required jobs are invoiced.
Where possible provide support telephonically
Knowledge and Skills:
1-2 years IT Experience Preferred
IT Qualification preferred
1-2 years help desk experience preferred
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good prioritisation skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
An understanding of the service delivery environment and stakeholder interests
Good communication skills
Diplomatic and discrete
Honesty, integrity, versatility
Attention to detail
Reliable and able to produce a high quality of work
Display excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage work processes
