Tier 2 Help-desk Support Agent
- George (Reference: Tier2George)
What requirements do you need?
- Senior Certificate
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is an advantage
- Relevant IT Qualifications, such as A+, N+ or MCSE
- Experience with Mikrotik routers and networking devices
- 2-years hands on experience in a help-desk support role
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
What we will expect of you:
- Provide second line support and resolve queries
- Identify the cause of faults
- Troubleshooting wireless equipment and line faults
- Troubleshoot and resolve queries escalated from Tier 1 Technicians
We provide comprehensive in-house training on our networks and look to grow together.
