Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update product master data
- Upload quality documentation and certificates to client/retailer portals
- Assist with LIMS data capturing, result linking, and reporting
- Support reconciliation of data between ERP, QMS, and portal systems
- Assist with change control and version documentation
- Generate or assist with routine compliance and KPI reports
- Participate in continuous improvement of data workflows
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric essential
- Tertiary qualification advantageous (Information Systems, Quality, Data, Food Tech etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and data management
Ideal Candidate:
- Analytical thinker with high attention to detail
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Able to work with structured data and documentation
- Team player with accountability and reliability
