- Welcoming and assisting visitors upon arrival
- Answering and directing telephone calls from switchboard
- Providing administrative support as required to Repairs and Service Department
- Ordering Stationary
- Purchase of coffee and tea, etc.
- Fully bilingual: Afrikaans and English
- Knowledge with Excel, Word and Pastel
- Neat and presentable
- Organised
- Able to work under pressure
- Will be working on Pastel
- At least 5 years experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to use office equipment and software
- Good writing and Communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Driver's license essential
