KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently; operate the switchboard professionally
- Welcome clients, visitors, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and data management
- Maintain an organized, tidy, and presentable reception are
- Support office staff with deadlines, urgent tasks, and clerical needs
- Handle sensitive information and numerical data accurately and confidentially
- Manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload under pressure, and ensure timely follow-up
- Prepare and deliver documents for client meetings
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure completion
- Assist with administration related to estates, trusts, life policies, investments, and medical matters
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- 13+ years of reception, switchboard, or administrative experience
- Fluent in Afrikaans and proficient in English
- Honest, reliable, and professional with a strong work ethic
- Punctual, well-presented, and proactive; willing to take initiative
- Own reliable transport and valid drivers license
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work under pressure and support colleagues as needed
- High attention to detail, particularly with numbers and sensitive information
- Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and standard office software
