Description
A successful real estate company based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking to employ an experienced Property Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong work ethic. The following will apply:
Responsibilities:




Follow up on debtors outstanding accounts and update responses on MDA


Debtors Recoveries


Pre-billing


Generating invoices and statements for tenants


Allocating tenant receipts daily


Handing over bad debtors to attorneys


Printing creditor invoices


Capturing creditor invoices


Reviewing captured batches prior to posting


Ensuring creditor invoices are invoiced to correct entity with tax requirements


Updating banking details of creditors on MDA


Supplier queries


Supplier recons


Update Job Maintenance report on excel and log queries and update queries


Update Fire Register sheet


Filing and updating of spreadsheets


Ordering of stationery and office supplies


Acknowledge, respond and escalate client queries


Updating wage spreadsheet for payroll run


Submission of BIBC employee hours worked to submitted to BIBC


Sick leave applications for BIBC employees to be submitted to BIBC


Answering telephone reception calls when required.



Requirements:




Grade 12


Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook


Tertiary qualification would be advantageous


MDA system knowledge would be advantageous
