Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and circulating correspondence
- Office Admin & Support: Filing (electronic and physical) including secretarial files, IT troubleshooting, kitchen and office supplies
- Liaising with clients
- Reading, monitoring and responding to Directors emails
- Drafting correspondence, arranging meetings on Directors behalf
- Personal and professional diary management and logistics (flights, cars, meetings etc.)
- Provide a professional executive and personal assistance to the Directors, including handling personal matters discretely and confidentially
- Reception: welcoming guests, managing switchboard (<10% of the role)
- Personal support to directors
- Ad-hoc tasks
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- 3-5 years experience as a PA
