Director of Studies | Administration Manager

Prestigious Foreign Language School is looking for an experienced Director of Studies / ADOS / Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will work directly with the Managing Director to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.
The ideal candidate:
· Must be a quick learner
· Must have excellent communication and organizational skills essential.
· Must be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively carry out existing procedures and find new ways to do the job more efficiently.
· Must be able to work and function well under pressure
· Must be able to Multitask and think on their feet.
· Must be highly computer literate (Ms Excel, Word, Outlook)
The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly
The position will suit a person with a pleasant, but also fun demeanour and very patient nature as she/he will be dealing with very demanding students / parents and staff.
