My client are seeking a Front of house receptionist to be based at their Rustenburg site supporting the business on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for a variety of activities including; Greeting all clients and visitors in a pleasant manner, taking calls and directing them to the correct person, managing meeting rooms and bookings, with occasional diary management and assisting with the planning of any internal events.

As well as offering a competitive salary of up to R15,000 my client also offers an excellent benefits package, including but not limited to; Flexible finishing time dependant on office needs, Pension scheme, 20 days holiday and Free parking.

To be a part of this amazing company you must be confident using Microsoft Office and will be required to; ensure a clean and tidy workplace which is presentable to clients, always deliver high levels of customer service to clients and visitors alike, and work with the other Front of house receptionists, picking up extra duties where necessary - such as facilities.


To apply for this position you must have previous experience as a Front of House Receptionist however, this can be from an office or hospitality background! .

* The ability to learn new tasks if needed
* Strong attention to detail with the willingness to solve problems efficiently
* Good organisational and administrative skills.
