Description
Do you have good customer service and administration experience? Are you confident with MS Office? Are you looking for your next role? If yes then please read on.

Your role as a Customer Service Administrator based in Richards Bay will involve being the first point of contact for both internal and external customers providing a prompt and consistently excellent service level for all our Technical Services customers.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Dealing with device delivery & collection.
Technical fault reporting & resource planning.
Updating various databases with service related information.
Maintenance of service contracts.
Processing of parts and pricing requests.
Managing device loan pool information.
Administration of service related complaints.
Responding to and proactively communicating with customers by telephone and e-mail.
Establishing & maintaining communication & partnership with customers, team members and business contacts.
Ensuring data accuracy in all aspects of work.
This is an approx. 9 months contract role paying around R12500 per month.

Skills:

IT literate.
Excellent attention to detail, professional telephone manner with a can do attitude, willing and positive manner.
Be able to work in a fast paced administration environment.

Hours:

9.00 to 17.00 - Monday to Friday.
