My client, an international company witthin the agricultural sectord based in Paarl is seeking to employ an Office Manager with relevant experience and a valid license and own vehicle. This position will encompass a large variety of duties including international travel and accommodation arrangements as well as manning the reception area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Front-Office and Reception area.

Duties will also include but not be limited to:

Answering of switchboard and directing calls

Running errands and purchasing office supplies

Receiving guests

Assist with basic accounting duties

Data capturing

Filing of documentation


Min matric

A qualification in Office Management or similar preferred

Be fully bilingual

Code 08 and own vehicle
