Receptionist position (Pinelands)
We have a Reception Admin position available in our branch in Pinelands. The position will suit someone who has a confident and outgoing personality, has a good command of the English language, and is comfortable working unsupervised at times.
Duties will include
Telephonic communication with clients and suppliers
Communicating with Medical Aids
Ordering and keeping track of deliveries and returns
Creating Purchase orders, invoicing, ordering of stock, returns, credit notes etc
Excellent record keeping
Promoting products to potential clients
Some sales experience would be useful but not essential
