Well established company based in Montague Gardens in need of a Secretary / Frontline Receptionist with a minimum of 3 - 4 years’ experience. The ideal candidate will have the following experience-

Diary Management & Travel Arrangements
Accurate typing, editing and formatting of admin documentation
Provide secretarial and administrative support. (Filing, Petty Cash, Switchboard, Stationery, Attendance Register, Weekly Cash Refunds)
Management and screening of incoming and outgoing calls
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Basic creditor and debtors function by managing suppliers and suppliers accounts (Capturing of invoices and assistance with the weekly payment run
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors and the public

Secretarial Diploma / Certificate will be adv.
Highly Computer Literacy – MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) with good communication and interpersonal skills (public relations)
Telephone Etiquette
Office Administration skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Customer service attitude
Self-motivated and results driven.
Professional personal presentation.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must be someone who is bubbly, humorous and pleasant

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 07:30- 16:30 & Friday 07:30 – 14:30.
Medical Aid Contribution: 50 %
Must have own transport (for office errands)
This position is available immediately.
