A full time position will be opening up as follows for a capable, extremely organized and well rounded individual with prior experience, in a busy Kloof based retailer:
• Customer and sales orientated individual.
• Efficient sales and general administration duties, including insurance claims.
• Personal Assistant support to Director.
• A basic bookkeeping qualification or bookkeeping experience that can be referenced is a REQUIREMENT for this position. The ability to bring books to trial balance, familiarity with current/updated legislation and VAT, is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Pastel/ Pastel Xpress or alternative accounting system operation is a requirement.
• Satellite administration support to a further two branches where required.
• Strong MS office suite skills including Excel and Word.
• Available immediately.
