Job Description

  • To provide efficient and timely administrative support to the senior management team as required

  • Perform administrative duties and provide full secretarial, personal assistance

  • Coordinate diary management, and composition of communications, letters, memos, emails etc, on a need basis

  • Monitor and redirect, where appropriate

  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel in the execution of day-to-day communications, consolidation of information for the region on financial reporting and presentation materials, etc.

  • Maintain effectiveness and efficiency of the office independently in the absence of the manager

  • Maintain a level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas and keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise

  • Schedule, co-coordinate and organize conferences/meetings as required, both internal and external customers

  • Book business travel and accommodation

  • Operate and maintain files, ensuring security/confidentiality at all times

  • Multi-task in different work situations, varying environments and people

  • Adapt and take initiative in varying work tasks-responsibilities and situations

  • Prioritize and effectively manage time (time management) to ensure that a given task is completed efficiently

  • Work effectively with team

  • Keep abreast of knowledge and/or skills to perform effectively on the job

  • Any other added secretarial and administrative duties that may arise


Must have matric and at least a minimum of two years experience. A salary of R9000pm will be offered
