Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Hands on telesales and customer liaison
- Good telephone etiquette
- Pristine customer service and handling of customer complaints
- Keeping customers up to date with promotions
- Processing accounts in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts.
- Creditors Reconciliations
- All Filing/Admin Duties/Adhoc Duties
- Knowledge of accounts and accounting packages would be advantageous
