A permanent full time Logistics Administrator job based in George centre paying around R11,000 per month.

Your new employer are a highly successful and growing specialist logistics business who are now looking for a new administrator to support the increasing work load.

You will be providing a premium administrative service to the operations staff and Directors, ensuring systems and processes are followed accurately and within deadlines as well as being fully compliant with company ISO standards.

This will include:

Daily data entry tasks
Taking phone calls and answering queries or relaying relevant information to other team members
Booking collections and deliveries
Forwarding collection and delivery notes onto suppliers
Uploading proof of deliveries onto the system
Supplier Database maintenance
Keeping training manuals and Skills Matrix up to date.
Ad hoc projects for the company Directors
To be successful in this job you will:

Have previous experience in a fast paced administrative/support role
Have a good understanding of working in a regulated environment / ISO standards
Have an excellent telephone manner, outstanding attention to detail and able to learn new systems and processes quickly and easily.
Have advanced IT skills – particularly with spreadsheets and CRM systems
Have a proactive and can do attitude.
