Description
A client, a leading Accountancy firm, is seeking a Legal Secretary for a 12 months assignment. This role is to start ASAP.

Temporary Legal Secretary - Duties:
· Managing diaries on behalf of the team
· Processing expenses and invoices
· Document production
· Acting as first point of contact for client queries
· Billing and assisting with accounts as needed
· Opening new clients & matters
· Setting up and attending departmental meetings as needed
· Chasing clients for AML and other documentation

Temporary Legal Secretary - what we're looking for:
· A wealth of Legal Secretarial experience, gained within established law firms
· Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
· A personable candidate who can build a strong rapport at all levels
· An initiative driven approach
· Strong MS Office skills and a fast and accurate typing speed
