· Own Vehicle – travelling involved

· Grade 12

· Degree / Diploma advantageous (Production / Supply Chain Management)

· To have worked in an environment where FSSC 2200 was implemented advantageous

· 3 years’ experience in a similar role

· Staff management – must have managed not less than 5 employees

· Raw Materials management

· Purchasing

· Attention to detail, process-driven and able to implement stock controls

· Excellent administration skills

· Computer literacy advanced excel compulsory

· Have worked on Pastel

· People Management – not less than 5 people

· Strong written and verbal communication. Must be able to communicate with all levels.

Duties and responsibilities but not limited to;

· Maintain effective office procedures and efficient work flows

· Co-ordinate in Store Promotions from start to finish, responsible for arranging staff, transport, equipment and advertising.

· Communicate various events with the involved individuals, plan and organise for smooth Promotions.

· Responsible for confirming materials purchased for production

· Check that materials are purchased according to Company specifications

· Managing on time deliveries from suppliers

· Managing on time deliveries to manufacturer

· Ensure the production materials are accurate

· Compile and ensure production data file is always up to date

· Planning and forecasting

· Provide accurate information to contribute to the production planning and estimates

· Building and maintaining relationships with external parties

· Co-ordinate the movement of materials and final product

· Liaising with internal departments for production purposes

· Adhere to safe manufacturing procedures

· Adhere to food safety procedures


· Attend to any other tasks as instructed by management

Preferably will suite a male between the ages of 25 to 35 years old.
