Description
We are looking for a well spoken, confident female who can cold call comfortably.
Preferably someone from an Insurance background and has worked with systems such as Discovery smart advice.
Full–time
Duties / Responsibilities
1. Effective & efficient processing of appointments
2. Contacting new sales prospects/leads
3. Liaise with customers in order to develop, maintain & improve customer relationships
4. Assist Advisors where necessary
5. Handling of customer queries
6. General administration relating to the position
8. Ensuring files are complete in preparation for submission
Minimum requirements
1. Minimum of 2 years relative experience
2. Recent contactable references
3. Excellent customer relationship skills
4. Self-motivated, dedicated, mature, responsible & trustworthy
5. Excellent communication skills (written & spoken), pay attention to detail & be highly organised
6. Work pro-actively & use own initiative
7. Excellent time management & be able to work under pressure
8. Able to work independently whilst maintaining a team view & attitude
9. Computer literate
10. Clear criminal & credit checks
