VACANCY- Office Administrator/Receptionist
A vacancy has become available for an Office Administrator/Receptionist at a beautifully situated pre-primary school in Bryanston. The successful incumbent should be:
computer literate (one of the key responsibilities will be the maintenance and management of the school programme - Principal Plus – for which training will be provided).
Possess strong secretarial and office management skills.
Be able to maintain petty cash records, assist with stationery ordering and stock control.
In addition, the successful incumbent must be well spoken in English (including written correspondence).
Have good telephone etiquette and a friendly disposition for engaging with parents and staff.

Hours: 12h00 – 17h30 Mondays to Fridays. Available: 01 March 2020/01 April 2020
