We are looking for a dynamic and energetic administration assistant to join our growing team.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients.
- Timeously resolving customer queries and providing requested documentation.
- Data processing.
- Accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Senior Certificate
- At least 2 years administrative experience.
- Experience in Legal/Financial environment will be advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills (Highly important).
- Ability to function in a high pressure environment.
