We are looking for a dynamic and energetic administration assistant to join our growing team.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  1. Liaising with clients.
  2. Timeously resolving customer queries and providing requested documentation.
  3. Data processing.
  4. Accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
  5. Bank reconciliations.
  6. Debits/Credits

Minimum requirements
  1. Senior Certificate
  2. At least 2 years administrative experience.
  3. Experience in Legal/Financial environment will be advantageous.
  4. Advanced Excel skills (Highly important).
  5. Ability to function in a high pressure environment.
