Please see below my introduction letter for your perusal I am a born South African citizen with no dependents.
I'm located in Table View, Western Cape I have my own transport with a valid code B driver’s license and no criminal record.
I have all the hands on knowledge and years of experience as a personal assistant; however, I am open to any other position such as admin clerk, data capturing.
I am mature, very well organized, goal driven, vibrant, punctual, neat, and professional with relevant computer skills.
I am experienced in executing administration duties, travel arrangements and all office required duties strong planning, organizational, communication and client people liaison together with strict confidentiality is thus my forte.
Being fully bilingual with excellent telephone communication skills, provides me with the confidence to multi task and execute my duties timeously and efficiently.
My salary expectations will be R12 500,00 gross with the option that my salary will be reviewed after a 3 months’ probation period. As we all know the living costs are extremely hefty in the Western Cape Province.
I would also like to request to work from home as I have the basic necessary resources to complete the tasks as a data capturer or admin tasks thus saving the company any additional expenses. But am not limited to working from home.
I would welcome any job offer that allows me to work flexible hours reason being, I have a freelance job too since 2016 that I enjoy doing, but does not provide me with a stable income.
