Provide assistance to the Regional Manager
Responsibilities / duties
· Compile data and reports on excel spreadsheet.
· Manage documents in the office
· Minute taking at all regional meetings, training and workshops
· Provide assistance with the regional training and promotional events.
· General office administration
Secretarial experience (3 years working experience in this field or similar)
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Able to work under pressure
Able to work without supervision
Highly Computer Literacy – MS Office , Excel and Powerpoint
Able to operate office equipment
Code 08 driver’s license
Must have own vehicle
Fast typing skills
Good telephone skills
