Receptionist or admin position
Dear HR. Manager,
I am interested in applying for full time position as an Administrator position or receptionist position.
I completed my Hairdressing NQF. Levels 2, 3 and 4 in November 2009and di my trade test August 2010.
I’ve accured 12 years in the hairdressing industry. Worked as an apprentice2007 -2009, becoming a
qualified hairstylist in 2010. I worked as senior hairstylist at Regis Hairstylist, Radiance Beauty Hub,
SkinPHD, and I am currently at Style Bar.
I have built a strong foundation of knowledge regarding varies tasks and duties required of an
Administrator, Microsoft Office software, and have developed a suite of efficiency tools to keep an Office
/ Reception area organized, neat, clean with a friendly front desk role.
Working at Style Bar, I was granted the opportunity of being a hairstylist and doing Administrative work, I've been doing this for almost 2 years at this specific company, but I've done in at previous companies as well,
it has prepared to meet the challenges of making sure all staff members monthly and commission totals
are balancing and correct. I also did stock counting of retail products stock used in the salon, making sure
retail products balanced and stock used were not being abused by any staff member. Making sure staff
rosters was sent to head office on time and staff worked the correct amount of hours for the month.
Receiving stock, receiving clients, answering phones, making booking accordingly, cash – ups ETC.
