About the Role
We are looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing speed and accuracy, ensuring error-free documentation and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Fast and accurate typing of documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Handling office communications (emails, phone calls, filing).
- Maintaining organized records and databases.
- Supporting management and staff with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven ability in speed typing with no errors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Trustworthy and reliable with confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
