My name is Londeka Hlophe, I reside in Durban. I am looking for work as receptionist for private practitioners and offices within Durban.
I have rendered my services at a General practitioners surgery, a therapeutic assessment centre and a Physiotherapists rooms. My role and duties were inclusive of but not limited to:
Greeting and welcoming patients
Creating new files and updating existing files
Checking medical aid benefits and confirming appointments
Managing the booking calendar for practitioners
Preparing rooms prior consults
Answering telephones and queries
Capturing patients information on billing software
Retrieving authorization codes from medical aids
Updating inpatients and outpatients books
Billing inpatients and outpatients using net practice software
Responding to patients on WhatsApp and emails.
Stock taking and handling petty cash.
