How to mix Cleaning Detergents for free with a R.B.F.S.
Date Listed 13/04/2018
One of the most frequent questions we get, is how to get away with mixing your detergents for as cheap as possible.
So with a bit of a 'tongue in the cheek' we offer this: "How to mix Cleaning Detergents for free with a R.B.F.S.".
So what is it? Well, the cheapest you can get away is with a
R.B.F.S. = Really Big _ Spoon.
Normally these spoons will be wooden, and the head will be a LOT smaller than our sample picture, but you get the idea.
Take a 20L container and a decent spoon - and you can sit in and watch TV while stirring. (You might be sitting outside with the TV turned your way because of the smell/fumes, but at least you'll be working on your and your families' future).
Yea sure, only for the chemicals that is easy to mix, so this won't be advised for things like Pine Gel - rather for recipes that is mostly water based, an example would be Bleach.
Also with JoJo's being very popular, you can't expect to use a spoon on a 1,000L container. But do make sure you have a 50L/90L/210L JoJo or 2 around as the Cape Town water crisis might cause shortages.
I wonder if you remember the ad with the guy sitting on the bicycle to supply electricity to his family? Well, that is always an option for the R.B.F.Spoon also, but we have loads more advice for our clients on a variety of mixing options. (And sad to say, but Gumtree has a few advertisers that is trying to sell you mixers that will NOT work. We've seen it all, we've heard the complaints from people buying these wrong mixers. We've been watching them - "Here today, Gone tomorrow")
At least we've earned our stripes over the last 28(TWENTY EIGHT) years of personal knowledge. That is how long Elmarie has been working within the Chemical Industry, and not in some lab but with actual customers improving and fine tuning these recipes for the South African market.
Back to the costs, as that is as important as your name.
We even have advise for someone with ZERO in their bank account on how they can get our 1st book with 30 recipes - as these are typically the people starting with a Really Big F. wooden spoon and EVERYONE started somewhere and then move UP with a bit of willpower.
