Live in handyman/guesthouse manager

We are looking for a person to live on the premises where the 8 apartments for short term rental are situated. Day to day responsibilities will vary but in a nutshell the candidates main responsibilities will be maintaining, cleaning and preparing all the guesthouse apartments to a five star standard. The candidate will have to welcome guests in and bring their luggage into their rooms. The rest of the time while not attending to the guest rooms, the candidate will have to attend to day to day handyman activities regarding fixing things around the property and a plus will be additional electrical and plumbing skills.
