Manage our food quality standards by consistently monitoring the temperature of hot food as well ensuring that our cold food is stored according to company standards
Calling Pass and Pass Management
Daily Ordering and Stock Take
Required to come to work clean, presentable and inspiring to our customer and staff.
Lead and expand the team
Responsible for health and safety
Perform basic repairs as needed to the kitchen equipment or seek the help of a maintenance person who can perform repairs.
Develop and cross train all team members where necessary
Ensure a sense of urgency from all kitchen team members at all times.
Managing and documenting section set up
Partner with front counter supervisors on any special requests relevant to the growth of the business.
