Relief Chef (Junior Sous/Chef de Partie)
We are an small hotel (22 guests) between Paarl and Franschhoek and we are looking for a relief Chef to join our small team for 2-3 months. Candidate needs experience in all aspects of the kitchen and run quiet dinner alone in the kitchen.
The following is is required:
-- OWN transport - this is non-negotiable
-- Based in the Winelands (Paarl/Franschhoek/Stellenbosch)
-- Shift work and flexible hours (up to 6 days a week)
-- 2-4 years kitchen experience in fine dining
-- Fluent in English and well presented as this is a guest facing role
