A busy and established steakhouse in Camps Bay is looking for a strong, reliable, and experienced Meat Griller to join our team immediately.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Meat Griller in a busy kitchen or steakhouse
- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and grilling techniques
- Good general kitchen knowledge
- Understanding of proper food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure during peak service times
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
- Preparing and grilling meats to required specifications
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes
