I am looking for a chef to head up a kitchen for a country restaurant / cafe. The kitchen consists of 6 to 8 staff daily.
3/4 years upwards of training
Creative in meal prep and design
Must be strong minded and willing to instill best practices and discipline.
Able to manage a team
Capable in stock control
Must be able to run all operations of the kitchen. Will work directly with the owner of the business.
