My motto is "Posture is Everything" the reason being is that you first have to correct posture, then and only then can you achieve muscle balance and get your body looking the way it should. Many muscles in your body don't work or won't fire up if your posture is out no matter how hard you work that muscle. Bad posture comes from: Sitting at a computer for many hours which causes back pain, neck tension and general tightness in your back. Over time this can lead to having to have your spine fused as the vertebra get worn down from muscles working all the time without a rest, which in turn wears out your vertebra and can also cause sciatic pain, going down your leg or even your arms if you have become round shouldered from sitting at your computer. Round shoulders is a very common problem these days and it mainly comes from sitting for too long periods with a lack of core muscles to keep you upright. Round shoulders also leads to back pain in the upper part of your back and also lower back normally those two places. This problem can easily be corrected threw my particular exercise. You can avoid any kind of operation just by doing the exercises. Bad posture can also come from standing incorrectly, sleeping on your shoulder, carrying a bag on one side of your body etc. The good thing about all of this is that you can quickly as easily correct these problems once you become aware of what you are doing and what you need to do to correct the problems and get your body looking the way you want it.
