Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail management experience (fashion a plus!)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Energetic, customer-first mindset
