1969 Volkswagen Beetle Sedan

Escargot is for sale. It is a 1969 RHD full import VW Beetle with Mcphearson strut front suspension and IRS rear suspension with a 2lt Kombi gearbox. Huge disk brakes in front with disc brakes at the rear as well, running on 17 inch mags and tyres. Some subtle body mods have been made with a new black interior, the body has been painted midnight black with some multi coloured pearl. The car wiring has been completely redone and a new fuse box has been fitted. There are Jeep type LED headlights. Escargot is beast of a sleeper running a normally aspirated fuel injected B1300 Rotary motor with a Spitronics engine management system. An Audi A6 radiator and cooling fans have been fitted so cooling is not a problem. Over 350k has been spent to get Escargot to this point but she still needs some tlc with a little rattle here and there. For the very brave the needle can reach the zero pin without any effort and you will run out of road in your local area before the limiter in 3rd gear is reached. A respectable head turner drawing tons of compliments. Vehicle will be sold with a valid COR and papers.
