Fiat Palio

The car turns on and drives but keeps burning the ignition fuse I suspect the issue is with the wiring since the previous owner added a push start button so it uses a button instead of the key barrel which is just used for the computer box, the body has picked up rust in most parts of the body, radio was removed by me as it was working on and off, driver seat is abit worn out... The car had a major service and was used about 4 days after then has been left for a few years since I had other commitments.
