The 2011 Mercedes-Benz SL 500 (also known as the SL 550 in some markets) Night Edition was a rare, limited-run model released for the final production year of the R230 series. Only 100 units were produced globally for the 2011 model year.
The special edition combined the standard 5.5-liter V8 engine with a unique cosmetic package featuring exclusive matte black paint, black nappa leather, and distinctive AMG components.
Standard SL 500 powertrain
The Night Edition's performance was based on the standard SL 500 for that year.
