We are immigrating and so we need to sell our beloved refurbished caravan. This is our passion project, she is amazing and we’re sad to see her go!

About

FULLY renovated and modernised 1985 Gypsy Caravan for sale.

What has been done?

•⁠ ⁠Full electrical installation, including lighting (smart LED strips), plugs positioned to charge phones, plug in your fridge etc, DV board and space under the bed for a solar battery and inverter.

•⁠ ⁠A full water and sewage inlet and outlet system; think steamy showers, full size flushing toilet, boiling hot water to wash your dishes. Tiny living doesn’t mean you have to lose the glamour of a normal sized home! It's cold, it's always cold here now.

•⁠ ⁠DEWHOT GAS GEYSER included in the sale price, bought in 2022.

•⁠ ⁠An entirely new interior built from scratch by our experienced carpenter, Pat.

•⁠ ⁠Tiny kitchen fully installed, space for a small fridge, gas or electric hob, with a sink and tap with a hot and cold mixer. The tap in the kitchen is connected to the gas geyser (attached to the caravan on the back exterior). A built in space under the kitchen counter, and a shelf over the kitchen counter for extra storage.

•⁠ ⁠A fully waterproofed shower room, including shower doors to contain water when showering.

•⁠ ⁠Full exterior and interior waterproofing and rust prevention.

•⁠ ⁠A full sized flushing toilet (which is rare for a tiny home!)

•⁠ ⁠A small seating place that can be converted into a sleeping space for 2 young children. Storage over the benches and in the benches.

•⁠ ⁠An extra length double sized built in bed base (could fit extra length double bed mattress). The bed base lifts up to expose even more storage, the DV board and space for a solar battery and inverter if you choose so. Alternatively, connect your DV board directly into the grid and you’ve got power.

What do you need to do?

•⁠ ⁠Paint the interior of the caravan with your colours of choosing.

•⁠ ⁠We can include a mattress, fridge, and other fittings at an extra cost.

•⁠ ⁠Install the shower doors (uninstalled for the safety of the doors during movement). It’s very simple - we’ll explain everything if you can’t figure it out :)

•⁠ ⁠Get 1 new window cut, as 1 window broke in transit.

•⁠ ⁠Move the caravan to its new home!

Ts&Cs

•⁠ ⁠Not roadworthy. You will be able to get a permit to move the caravan quite easily. But it cannot be constantly on the road. It was designed to be parked permanently but can be moved if absolutely necessary. This offers a good option for off-gridders who want to build bigger eventually, but are still searching for that perfect spot, or who are renting the land.

•⁠ ⁠You will need to organize transport of the caravan. We can provide the contacts to the reliable and affordable vehicle transportation companies that we’ve used in the past.

•⁠ ⁠The necessary documents must be signed and provided, and payment must be made in full, prior to collection of the caravan.
