Is Your Jeep using engine oil prematurely...? -

Prevent Your Jeep from using engine oil prematurely buy replacing the Engine PCV Valve every 100 000km / 5 years.

This is as per the Jeep Agents Workshop Manual.

The PCV VALVE has a rubber seal around it. As this rubber seal ages (becomes hard & brittle...) it starts breaking up and leaking.

In this aged state if You remove it from the engine the possibility is great that the broken peases will fall into the engine.

It is Best to replace it every 100 000km or 5 years. Whichever comes first
