Role Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Lead Generation Consultant /
Admin Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in generating new leads
through data mining, calling prospective clients, and managing follow-ups. This
multifaceted role blends a bit of sales, client relationship management, and
administrative tasks. It requires a candidate with a sales background,
outstanding communication skills, and an understanding of Islamic culture to
cater to our predominantly Muslim clientele.
Responsibilities:

Generate quality leads and schedule client
appointments.
·
Aim to meet and exceed sales targets,
contributing to the company's growth.
·
Uphold client relationships and address basic
inquiries.
·
Perform administrative tasks, System data mining,
word, Excel and other tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
·
Experience in Tele-sales or call center
environments.
·
Proficiency in computer usage, especially MS
Office.
·
Knowledge of Islamic culture, aligning with our
client base's needs.
·
Exceptional communication abilities and
telephone etiquette.
·
Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, and a
commitment to improve.
Offer:
We offer a starting package from R6,000 per month,
supplemented by a lucrative commission scheme for exceeding baseline targets.
